Ingredients Required:

tomato: 1/2 kg

fenugreek: 1 spoon

red chilli: 10 nos.

mustard: 2 spoons

jaggery: a little

salt: as per your taste

asafoetida: for seasoning

oil: 4 spoons

Method of Preparation:

wash the tomatoes well. cut it into small pieces. (remove the seeds as far as possible). add chilli, jaggery and grind all this in a mixie. put the mixture on the stove with oil and after the oil boils put the mixture and season it.
