Medium rice flakes –3/4cup
Curds-3/4 cup
Soda powder-1/2tea spoon
Salt to taste
Wash rice and rice flakes and soak them in curds for 4-5 hours.
Grind to a smooth batter,allow to ferment over night.
Mix salt and soda powder  on the following day.
Make the dosa’s to the pan and roast one side only and serve hot.
