Ingredients Required:

raw plantains: 4 nos

salt: according to your taste

pungent powder: 1 spoon

mustard:1 spoon

Bengal gram flour: 4 spoons

Method of Preparation:

peal off the husk and cut the plantains. pour some oil into a frying pan and keep the pieces of plantains on stove. after the oil gets heated put mustard and after it bursts put 4spoons of oil and fry plantain pieces duly adding salt and pungent powder, Bengal gram flour.

chapati, idly, dose will be very nice to eat with this hot curry.
