Ragi Dosa is good for weight management. Also, it is very tasty.

  • Ragi flour-2cups
  • Black gram dhal-1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Soda powder-1/2 tea spoon

Method of preparation :

  • Soak black gram dhal for 1 hour.
  • Grind to smooth batter
  • Mix ragi flour with water to idli batter
  • Mix salt ,soda powder.
  • Pour ladle full of batter over the tawa and spread into thin dosa
  • Roast in low flame and serve hot.             

Variation : Add chopped onions and tomatoes , coriander leaves to the batter and pour dosa’s roast both the sides, serve hot.
