Ingredients Required:

Radish: 4 nos.

Grated coconut: 1 small cup

Coriander leaf: a little

Curry leaf: 2 strings

Mustard: 1/2 a cup

Green chilli: 2

Oil: a little

Salt: according to your taste

Lemon juice: 1 spoon

Method of Preparation:

First wash the radish well and grate the same. add coriander leaf, curry leaf, salt, grated coconut. put oil in a small pan and keep it on the stove. after the oil boils put mustard, curry leaf and after it bursts, add cumin seeds, green chilly pieces, switch off the stove after due frying. add this to grated radish. add lemon juice in the end mixing all well. radish kosambari is ready.
