Maida-2 cups
Rice flour-1cup
Curds-1/2 cup
Green chilies-5 chop finely
Mustard seeds-1/2 table spoon
Curry and Coriander leaves- little
Salt to taste.
Oil-for frying
Method: In a vessel take a table spoon of oil and  add mustard seeds when they splutter add curry and coriander leaves and green chilies and add to the batter.
              Mix all the ingredients in water to dosa batter consistency,pour the dosa over the tawa and roast both the sides and serve hot. These dosa’s are better to pour than spreading..
If you want add the onion and ginger pieces. serve hot with  coconut chutney or green chutney.
