Ingredients Required:

Green chillies: 100 gms

Tamrind: one lemon size

Jaggery: 50 gms

Coconut: 1/2

Salt: according to your taste.

Mustard: one spoon

Oil: a little

Asafoetida: for seasoning.

Method of Preparation:

Remove the stalks and separate the seeds. Fry the chillies in two spoons of oil. add the grated coconut, tamarind, salt, jaggery and grind well. season it with mustard and asefoetida.
