Ingredients Required:

field beans: one quarter measure

coriander seeds: 2 tea spoons

cumin seeds: 1 tea spoons

dry chilli: 8 nos.

grated coconut: 1/2

asafoetida: 1 pinch

tamarind: a small lemon size

curry leaf: 4 stings

oil: 1 spoon for seasoning

mustard: 1/2 spoon

salt: as per your taste

Method of Preparation:

after peeling the pods of field bean with little salt in a cooker and bake it. afterwards add masala items like cumin seeds, coriander seeds, chilli, grated coconut, asafoetida. to the cooked field bean and grind them in mixie. in a mixie. afterwards put the baked items on the stove, and add the grinded items and salt. after it is boiled take the tamarind juice and add with it and boil the same for some time. afterwards season the same. the rasam is ready.
