Black gram dhal – 1/4 cup
Fenugreek –1 table spoon
Curds- 1 cup
Salt to taste
soda powder – 1/2 tea spoon
- First grind dhal and fenugreek
- When they are half grinded add rice and grind to smooth batter.
- Add curd to it , allow the batter to ferment whole night.
- Next day mix soda powder and salt.
- Pour with the ladle and spread dosa
- Roast single side and serve hot.
