Vegetables Curry

Ingredients Required:

beans: 1/4 kg
carrot: 1/4 kg
potatoes: 100 gms
peas: 1/4 kg
cabbage: 1/4 kg
green chilli: 10 nos
salt: according to your taste
coconut: 1/2

Method of Preparation:

cut all the vegetables into small pieces and oil them. after baking put the same in a vessel or a frying pan and drain off water completely. then add green chillies, salt, one spoon pungent powder, grated coconut and mix altogether with a spatula. then season the same with mustard in oil.
