Vegetable Sagu

Ingredients Required:

carrot: 1/4 kg

chow chow: 2 nos

potatoes: 4 nos

beans: 1/4 kg

green pea: 100 gms

green chilli: 6 to 8 nos

coriander leaf: a little

tamarind: lemon size

poppy seeds: 4 spoons

asfoetida: 1 pinch

oil: 4 spoons

salt: according to your taste

Method of Preparation:

first of all bake potatoes ( semi bake). then beans carrot, chow chow, green peas to be baked and keep the same. then grind green chillies, 1/4 coconut, poppy seeds, coriander leaf.

after adding the baked potatoes put the grinded mixture and tamarind juice, salt and turn the entire thing with a spetula. after mixing altogether season the same with mustard and a pinch of asfoetida.
