Red chilli powder -2 table spoons
Garam masala-1 table spoon
Rice flour for kneading
Salt to taste
Oil-4 table spoons
Method:Grate onions ,mix all the ingredients to wheat flour using water mix into a tight dough just before you prepare the parotas.Roll them out into medium sized parotas and roast them on the tawa using oil serve hot with ghee on the top.
Use finely chopped coriander leaves also ;even some mint leaves can be used along with onions for added flavour.
