Ingredients:Wheat flour-1/2kg
Cooking soda – 1 pinch
Baking powder- 1pinch
Dry yeast- 1/2 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Milk 1 cup
Method:Soak yeast in a 3table spoons hot water and use while mixing the dough ,mix well mixing all the pther ingredients like poori dough allow to set for 2 hours press like roti’s and press them roast on the tawa serve hot.
