Method of preparing:
Soak tamarind in a cup of water.After it is soaked well squeeze it nicely and take the juice. Add jaggery, chilli powder and salt and pour it in a steel or aluminium in vessel
and boil the same well.Fry one spoon cumin seeds ,one spoon methi and powder the same. Season it with mustard and asafoetida.
