Ingredients: Cauliflower – one medium size flower(cut into small pieces) Maida – 10 table spoons Rice flour( or) Corn flour  – 10 tea  spoons Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tea spoon Coriander leaves –  small bunch ( cut into small pieces) Curry leaves – 15 leaves (cut into small pieces) Salt – as per taste Red chillie paste -1  table spoon Green chillies –  3  ( cut it into big pieces) Black Pepper powder – 1/2 table spoon Water – as required Method  of preparation: Before preparing the ingredients, take boiling water and keep the cauliflower pieces for about 5 min. Aloo Poori – try this simple snack

Challa Punukulu is a Quick to make and tasty to eat snack. This is one of the Telugu traditional dish.
