Masala Rice Masala rice is easy to make rice verity and can be cooked very fast also. In fact, making rice with different ingredients will actually changing the taste of the final product. Capsicum and Panner Rice  is dish for those who don’t like, eating capsicum. Panner will change the taste of capsicum. Panner will also help in easily convincing children.
