Wheat flour dosa- Dosa for diabetics

Wheat flour dosa is good for diabetics. Made of Wheat flour which is recommended for diabetics. wheat flour adds less blood sugar compared to rice flour. Ingredients: Rice flour-1cup Green chilli paste-1 table spoon Wheat flour –1 cup Onions – 2cups Oil- 3 table spoon Coriander leaves- little Fresh coconut- little Salt to taste. Method: Mix wheat flour, rice flour using water to dosa batter consistency. Add the seasonings, chopped onions, coriander leaves, fresh coconut. Ingredients: Rice- 1 1/2 cup Blackgram dal-1/2 cup Boiled Rice-1 1/2cup Medium Rice Flakes – 1/2cup Maida-1/4 cup Rice Flour-1/4 cup Baking Soda -1/2 TSp Salt – To Taste Method: Soak the rice, boiled rice,black gram in a vessel. Soak the  rice flakes separately. After 6-8 hours grind all of them to smooth batter in wet grinder.
