Coconut Dosa

Ingradients: Boiled rice – 2 cups Fresh scrapped coconut-1cup Salt to taste Soda powder- a pinch Method: Soak the rice for 5 hours and grind it to smooth batter along with coconut. Allow the batter to ferment hole night Next day add salt and soda powder to the batter . Pour the dosa on tawa roaste single side and serve hot. Toppings and variety of combinations for dosa’s. Smear coconut chutney and keep some   potato curry and pour a tea spoon of ghee  over the dosa. Smear coconut chutney and keep little potato curry  inside the dosa and fold and serve hot  .
