- Red gram dhal-1/2cup
- Red chili powder- 3 table spoon
- Oil –6 table spoon
- Onions- 2
- Salt to taste
Method: Rice and dhal must be sent to the flour mill and pounded coarsely.
Cut onions in to square shape .
Roast the 1cup of rawa till warm and keep aside .
In a vessel take oil and add mustard seeds in to it and when the splutter add onions cook till soft and add red chili powder ,salt ,and 3 cups of water allow to boil when it reaches boiling point add rawa in low flame and mix well cook till the upma leaves the vessel .serve hot with garnishing coriander on the top .
