Rice-2 cups
Red gram dhal-1 cup
Green chilies-10
Fresh coconut-1/2 cup
Coriander leaves-little
Salt to taste
Method: Mix rice and red gram dhal and pound them to flour in flour mill. Chop onions finely.Turn green chilies to paste. Mix all the ingredients to the flour using water mix a soft dough suitable to press with the hands on the plastic coated paper in to poori size and roast on the tawa with oil roast  both sides serve hot with coconut.Use oil for frying.
