- Ragi flour-2cups
- Black gram dhal-1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Soda powder-1/2 tea spoon
Method of preparation :
- Soak black gram dhal for 1 hour.
- Grind to smooth batter
- Mix ragi flour with water to idli batter
- Mix salt ,soda powder.
- Pour ladle full of batter over the tawa and spread into thin dosa
- Roast in low flame and serve hot.
Variation : Add chopped onions and tomatoes , coriander leaves to the batter and pour dosa’s roast both the sides, serve hot.
