POORI-2

Ingredients:
Maida-2 cups
Chiroti rawa-1/2 cup
salt –to taste Oilfor deep frying.
Method:Mix maida and chiroti rawa and salt ,3 table spoons of oil and allow to set for 3 hours later prepare poori’s and deep fry in hot oil and serve hot with saju kurm or onion chutny.
