PAPAYA GOJJU

Ingredients Required:

Ordinary papaya                     1 No.

Jaggery                                     1 pieces

Green Chillis                            5 Nos.

Salt                                           As per your taste

Mustard                                   1 spoon

Oil                                             a little

Asafoetida                               one pinch

Method of Preparation:

Remove the skin of papaya & cut it into small pieces. Cook these pieces in the steam. If you want cook it in the cooker, remove the wall weight. After it cooked add salt,  one piece jaggery, a piece tamarind and grind it. Put the paste in a vessel and boil it. Season it with mustard and asafoetida.
