  1. Wheat flour-1/4kg
  2. Maida-1/4kg
  3. Paneer-200gm
  4. Green chillies-10
  5. Garam masala-1 table spoon
  6. Oil-4 table spoons
  7. Fresh coconut-little
  8. Onions-2
  9. Salt to taste 
  10. Turmeric-1/2 tea spoon

Method:Mix maida and wheat flour to form the dough like that of aloo parota’s.
Chop Onions finely and great Panner

In a Pan take oil, add onions and fry for 3 minutes. Add Panner and fry for 2 minutes. Add Garam Masala, Turmerics, Corriander Leaves, Green Chilli paste and Salt. Mix well and make small balls out of it. Use these balls as stuff for Parotas and prepare parotas. Roast these parots on a Tawa. Serve with butter topping.
