Onion Rasam

Ingredients Required:

big onion or sambar onion: 100 gms

sugar: 1 tea spoon

rice flour: 1 tea spoon

salt: as per your taste

coriander leaves: a little

curry leaf: a little

tomatoes: 2 numbers

Method of Preparation:

wash the onions well and cut into pieces. bake the tomato and onions. after the same is boiled add sugar, salt, coriander leaves, curry leaf then season the same in ghee the mustard. you can prepare sambar with onion and thor dhal. it is very nice to drink onion rasam.
