Fenugreek leaves-2bunches-mediam sized
Bengal gram flour-2 table spoon
Oil-4 table spoon
Turmaric-1 tea spoon
Salt -to taste
Cumin seeds-1 table spoon
Dry coconut-2 table spoon
Method:Chop fenugreek finely.Run green chillies ,dry coconut,in the mixie to paste.
In a pan take oil and add cumin seeds to it when they splutter and fenugreek leaves and closing the late allow it to be don keep mixing so that it does not stick to the pan.Cook the leaves till soft .Add the paste run in the mixi ,turmaric ,salt and Bengal gram flour allow to cool.Later add wheat flour ,curds, salt ,using water need soft dough leave for 2 hours and prepare soft chapattis using the dough .
Variation you can use finely chopped onions along the Fenugreek leaves for varied taste .
