METHI POORI

Ingredients:
Wheat flour-1 cup
Maida –1cup
Fenugreek leaves-1 bunch mediam sized
Garam masala-1 table spoon
Green chillies-8-10
Salt to taste
Oi for deep frying
Method:
Cut fenugreek finely in a pan take 2 table spoons of oil and fry the fenugreek leaves in the oil for 5 minutes allow to cool later mix green chillipaste,salt,garam masala using water mix tight dough and allow to set for 1/2 an hr and later knead out into small poori’s using rice flour to knead and deep fry in hot oil serve hot.
You can use red chilli powder instead of green chillies.
