Mango Rasam

Ingredients Required:

sour mangoes: 2 nos.

salt: as per your taste

jaggery: 1 piece

mustard: for seasoning

green chillies: 4 nos.

Method of Preparation:

pour one litre water in a vessel. put the cut pieces of mangoes, green chillies in it. when it. when it is half boiled (do not boil it completely). dram off the water and pound it in a stone mortar and remove the same n a steel vessel. add salt, jaggery and boil further. when the same is boiled well, season it in ghee with mustard and asafoetida
