MAIDA ROTI

Ingredients:
Maida-2 cups
Oil 3 table spoons
Salt to taste
Method: Take 2 cups of water add oil and salt to the water , when water comes to the boiling point add the flour slowly and mix quickly with out forming lumps mix earlier as soon as possible.Spread in a broad vessel when it cools lightly knead well and later roll out like chapatti’s using rice flour for kneading and roll out into thin rote’s and roast on the tawa using oil for frying roast both the sides serve hot with any kurma or gravy.
