KULCHA

Ingredients:Maida-1/2kg
Sugar-1table spoon
Oil-3 table spoons
Ghee-1 table spoon
Salt to taste
Cooking soda- 1 pinch
Baking powder-1/2 tea spoon
Method:Mix the dough tightly like chapatti dough allow to set for 3-4 hours.Prepare small balls out of the dough and knead applying sesame seeds and fresh coriander leaves on the top roll out using rice flour or maida to roll .Roast on tawa using ghee or oil and serve hot with gravies or curries.
