KANCHU IDLI

Ingredients:
Rice rawa-2 cups
Curd-1 cup
Black gram dhal –1 cup
Coconut-3/4 cup
Green chillies-1 table spoon(paste)
Curry and coriander leaves little
Cooking Soda-1/2 tea spoon
Oil-4 table spoon
Black pepper-1 tea spoon.
Method:Mix curds and rice rawa and sock whole night, in the morning sock for 1/2 an hour and grind mix with the rawa and mix all the ingredients and pour as the idlies to the idly stand steam for 15-20 minutes and serve hot with chutney.
