Ingredients Required:

jack Fruit-1no

lemon-a small one

green chillies-6

oil –as per your taste

mustard-6spoons

asafoetida-one pinch

gingelly-2spoons

mirchy powder –1spoon

salt -as per your taste

Method of preparation:

Cut the jack fruit and remove the seeds out of fruit and put it in a vessel.Add half litre of water to the vessel and keep it on the stove.The fruit will start boiling.Add  salt ,chilly powder,mustard powder,gingelly powder and stir it well.After it is semi boiled ,keep it down .crush green chilli and add the same.Season it in the oil with mustard and asafoetida.
