Ginger Thokku

Ingredients Required:

raw ginger: 50gms

tamarind: 1 lemon size

jaggery: 1 lemon size

salt: as per your taste

mustard: one spoon

oil: a little

Method of Preparation:

wash the ginger well and peel the skin and cut it into very small pieces. grindind it well along with salt and tamarind. after grinding it thickly add salt and mix it. season the same with mustard and asafoetida.
