Ingredients Required:

Tender field bean: 1/4 measure

Rasam powder: 2 tea spoons

coriander seeds: 2 tea spoons

cumin seeds: 2 tea spoons

red chillies: 8 nos

coconut: 1/2 a coconut

asafoetida: 1 pinch

tamarind: 1 small lemon size

curry leaf: a little

oil: for seasoning

mustard: 1 spoon

salt: according to your taste

Method of Preparation:

add salt to the peeled bean and bake the well in a cooker. add masala things like cumin seeds, coriander seeds, chilli, grated coconut, asafoetida to the baked seeds and grind them in a mixie. afterwards put the baked seeds in a vessel and put it on the stove and boil it with chilly powder. after wards put the masala mixture and salt. after it boils squeeze the tamarind and take the juice and mix it and  boil the same. seasoning is required as usual.
