FIELD BEAN (Avarekalu) CHUTNEY

Ingredients Required:

Field bean: 1/4 kg

Coconut: 1/2

Green chilli: 10 nos.

Tamarind: lemon size

Oil: 2 spoons

Salt: according to your taste

Method of Preparation:

peal the field bean from its pods. Cut the inside kernel of coconut into small pieces. fry coconut, green chillies. then put the same in a grinding stone and grind. after grinding the same season it with mustard in a pan of little oil.
