FENUGREEK (methi) RASAM

Ingredients Required:

tuvar dhal: 1/4 kg

fenugreek seeds: 100 gms

tamarind: one lemon size

coriander leaves: 1/2 bundle

pungent powder: one tea spoon

coconut: 1/2

asafoetida: one pinch

salt: as per your taste

curry leaf: a little

ghee: for seasoning

Method of Preparation:

first bake tuvar dhal and fenugreek seeds. after the same is boiled add salt. pungent powder. grated coconut, coriander leaves. curry leaf. then season the same in ghee by adding mustard.
