Dosa Kaya Pappu – Tasty and healthy side dish

Yellow-cucumber1Dosa Kaya Pappu :  Dosa Kaya is also called as yellow cucumber. It is close to look in Sun Melon. One of the best vegetable for making simple and healthy dishes.
Dosakaya (Cut into small pieces) – 1/2cup
Mustered seeds –  1/4 spoon
Jeera ( Cumin seeds)  – 1/4 spoon
Menthi – 1/4 spoon
Tamarind  – small lemon size
Toor dhal – 1 1/2 cup
Green chilli – 4  (cut it into big pieces)
Garlic –15
Curry leaves  – 1
Hing – little bit
Salt as per your taste
Oil-1 table spoon
Preparation Method: Take a pan  keep it on the stove and light the stove let it heat .After  it is heated add 1 table spoon of oil, let the oil heat . Add some  Garlic ,after about 11/2 minute add Cumin seeds , mustered seeds ,menthe,curry leafs ,littile  hing ,and green chillie. Let all of them fry .Add some pre boiled  toor dhal.Tamarind drom paste let all of them boil togather.Add some   pre – boiled dosakaya peaces cook all the ingrediants to gather in simmer for about 5 to 10 minites .
Add  grated coriander leaves  for dressing .
