- Rice flakes-1/2cup
- Salt to taste
- Soda powder-1/2 tea spoon
- Curds-1 cup
Sock rice and rice flakes for 5-6 hours
Drain all the water and grind along with the curds,(only curds must be used for grinding) in to smooth batter.
Allow the batter to ferment whole night morning mix the batter with salt and soda powder
Make dosa’s over the tawa and fry both the sides and serve hot.
