Cluster Bean Curry

Ingredients Required:

cluster bean: 1/4 kg

tuvar dhal: 150 gms

coconut: 1/4

dry chilli: 10

cumin seeds: one spoon

salt: according to your taste

asafoetida: 1 pinch

oil: 4 spoons

beaten bengal gram: one spoon

Mustard: one spoon

Method of Preparation:

first bake the potatoes to 3/4. then keep a frying pan on the stove and put some oil, when the oil is heated up add mustard, beaten bengal gram 1/2 a spoon, tuvar dhal 1/2 a spoon, green chillies, small pieces of onion and fry the same. afterwards add the baked potatoes after pealing off its husk and mix everything well. add salt.
