cumin seeds powder-1 table spoon
Garam masala-1 table spoon
Ginger paste-1 table spoon
Curry and coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder-2 table spoons
oil-4 table spoons
Mix the dough as in the previous recipe.
Califlower must be cut into big flowerets,soaked in hot water for 5 minutes later drain and chop.
Onions must also be chopped.
In a pan take little oil and the chopped onions .
Cook till soft and the ginger paste,salt,turmic,garam masala,red chilli powder and fry for a while.
Allow the mixture to cool in poratas and prepare small balls out of it as stuff in the parotas and prepare parotas and roast themon pan or tawa with oil or ghee on the top,servehot with any kind of chutnuys
