Curds Dosa – Tasty Tiffin

INGREDIENTS: Rice-1cup Rice flakes-1/2cup Salt to taste Soda powder-1/2 tea spoon Curds-1 cup Method: Sock rice and rice flakes for 5-6 hours Drain all the water and grind along with the curds,(only curds must be used for grinding) in to smooth batter. Allow the batter to ferment whole night morning mix the batter with salt and soda powder Make dosa’s over the tawa and fry both the sides and serve hot.

Vegetable Rice with Coconut and Sesame Powder

Recently I wanted to try a variety rice dish. This is actually a specialty of my sister, for whom I am a greatest fan. It’s really simple to make and tastes excellent. Easy to prepare as well. RAWA DOSA is simple to make and also very tasty. Ingredients: Rice flour- 1 cup Chiroti rawa-1/2 cup Maida-2 table spoon Green chilies-6 Salt to taste oil-2 table spoon Cumin seeds- 1 table spoon Method of preparation: Mix rawa and both the flour’s using water to dosa consistency. Venna Appalu (Sweet with rice flour)

Venna Appalu is a vary tasty Sweet normally made for Anjaneya Pooja. The Exterior would be crisp but soft interior. One must be careful with this as this some times turns very hard, if not prepared properly. ADAI Dosa is another verity of dosa using all pulses. It has a great taste and quick and easy to make.
