BUTTER IDLI

Ingredients:
Rice-2 cups
Medium rice flakes-1 cup
Butter-1 cup
Curds-1 cup
Soda powder-1/2tea spoon
Salt to taste
Method:
            Soak rice and flakes separately for 5-6 hours.
             Drain the excess water grind into a thick batter in grinder or mixie mix the curds,butter to it allow it to ferment whole night morning mix soda powder to the batter and pour like idli’s to the idly stand and steam for 15-20 minutes serve hot with coconut chutney.
