BRINJAL GOJJU

Ingredients Required:

brinjal-1/4kg

curd -200gms

salt-as per your taste

green chilli-5nos

jaggery-1pieces

mustard-1spoon

oil –a little

Method of preparation:

Wash brinjals and cut them into small pieces cut green chillies also into small pieces put it in a vessel and fry the brinjal pieces.Put the fried brinjal in the curds .Put green chilli pieces ,and jaggery piece and salt and stir it well all together.After that season in oil with mustard and Asafoetida and pour into the brinjal gojju.
