Bread – 1 pound
Green chillies-6-8
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves-little
Oil-4 table spoons
Turmeric-1 tea spoon
Method:Break bread into small square shape and keep aside.Cut onions and tomatoes into square shape.In a pan take oil and add mustard seeds to it when they splutter add cut onions and fry for 3-4 minutes and later add tomatoes fry for 2 minutes add salt ,turmeric,coriander leaves,squeeze lemon turn off the gas, add broken bread pieces and lightly warm the upma,serve hot.
