Bombay Sagu

Ingredients Required:

bengal gram flour: 3 tea spoons

beaten black gram: 2 tea spoons

beaten bengal gram: 2 tea spoons

onion: 2 nos.

pungent powder: 2 spoons

mustard: for seasoning

potato: 4 nos

Method of Preparation:

with 1/2 liter water add bengal gram flour well. add potato and onion curry with the above mixture in a wide vessel and keep it on stove. keep the vessel down duly roasting the pieces of onion, mustard, beaten bengal gram, beaten black gram in 3 spoonful of oil. this is Bombay Sagu.
