Boiled Rice Idly
Ingredients:
Rice-1 cup
Boiled rice-1 cup
Black gram dhal 3/4 cup
Salt to taste
Soda powder-1/2 tea spoon
Method:
1. Soak rice,black gram dhal, boiled rice for 8 hours separately.
2. Grind in the grinder to fine batter.
3. Allow to ferment whole night.
4. Next day morning add salt and soda powder and mix well.
5. Pour the batter to the idly stand  and steam the idles for 20 minutes
and serve hot with groundnut chutney. The boiled rice idly is a great food if served with Groundnut chutney
