BITTER GOURD GOJJU

Ingredients  Required:

bittergourd   -1/4kg

tamarind-lemon size

salt-according to your taste

pungent powder-2spoons

dry chilli-4nos

jaggery-1piece

oil-4spoons

mustard-1spoon

Method of preparation:

wash the bitter gourd well and cut into small pieces (As you cut cucumber for salad ).Put some oil in a frying pan and put musterd after oil is heated up .When musterd bursts ,put dry chillies cut pieces and then put bitter gourd pieces and fry the same well .Then squeezed tamarind juice ,salt ,pungent powder, and jaggery and add all this with suitable quantity of water the frying pan and boil it well.After it is boiled well,keep down the frying pan.
