bengal gram flour sagu

 

ingredients required:

    bengal gram floour:     1/4 kg

    onions:                      2 nos

    green chilli:                   5 nos

   curry leaf:                  a little

  salt:               according to yourtaste                      

turmeric powder:          one pinch             

method of preparation:

        mix the bengal gram flour ,salt,turmeric powder wiyh water as a mixture of bonda postry. cut onions, green chilli, and keep pour 4 spoons of groundnut oil in a wide vessel and put mustard ,curry leaf and after it burts, add onion and green chillies and fry. then add the mixed flour and mix the same well with the help of a spetula when the flour is baked well keep the frying pan down.
