Maida-1/2 kg
Cooking soda-1 pinch
Milk 1/2cup
Ghee-1table spoon
Oil-3 table spoons
Curds-1/2 cup
Sugar – 2 table spoons
Salt to taste

Mix the dough tightly as poori dough if the dough turn soft.
The bathura holds more oil.
Allow to set for 3 hours.
Later using the dough prepare small balls and roll out into bathuras just like that of pooris.
Deep fry them in hot oil.
Serve with chole masala or channa masala .
