Ingredients Required:

amarnath leaf: 2 bundles

Thuvar dhal: 1/4 kg

sambar powder: 3 spoons

tamarind: marble size

curry leaf: 4 strings

salt: according to your taste

oil: 1 spoon

asafoetida: 1 pinch

mustard: 1/2 spoon

Method of Preparation:

wash the amaranthus leaf and dhal well and put in a vessel and keep it on the stove and bake it. after it is baked to 3/4 extent add sambar powder and boil it. afterwards tamarind soaked in water to be squeezed. juice, salt, kare patha and boil the same. for seasoning put a little oil in a pan and when mustard bursts, add asafoetida and mix it with sambar. sambar will be very tasty
